    1910's The Kelly Co. (Cleveland) "DIXIE SALTED NUTS" -Original & Vintage Wrapper. Guaranteed original and not a modern production. This is an original glassine type wrapper for a 3/4 oz. of salted nuts by the Kelly Co of Cleveland Ohio. Found in a book and used as a bookmark, the item dates to the 1900-1910 era. Neat southern steamer image on front. This company was around for quite some time but this brand was phased out long before their somewhat famous "Jackie Coogan" brand peanuts really put them on the map. I have not seen another example of this wrapper. Nice condition and kept flat for many years.
