    Description

    The dog measures 3" tall, 2" wide, and 2.5" deep.  A sticker inside the container reads Helen Hook Oct 15, 1941.  Possibly this was the first owner of the candy container.  The number "97" (1997) also appears on the sticker.  This may be the date when a second collector acquired the piece.
